COVID-19 GUIDE

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

  • What are the measures Suntec City have put in place to ensure a safe shopping and working environment?
We are committed to enhanced vigilance and compliance with the measures as advised by the authorities to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all our occupiers and shoppers. A complete suite of precautionary measures such as the following are in place and ready to welcome you back to office post Circuit Breaker.
  • SafeEntry is already implemented for Suntec City, do tenants within the building have to implement SafeEntry as well?"
To support the government’s contact tracing efforts, it has been mandated that all workplaces have to implement their own SafeEntry QR / NRIC. This is on top of Suntec City’s SafeEntry QR at the entrances. Please see the list of premises https://www.safeentry.gov.sg/deployment which are required by law to implement SafeEntry.
  • I have an exisiting visitor management system which tracks the same information as SafeEntry, why do we still need to use SafeEntry?"
The use of SafeEntry is mandatory because a common system used by all establishments would allow data to be made available to MOH quickly, so as to facilitate contact tracing. SafeEntry allows information of visitors and employees who may have come into contact with COVID-19 cases to be sent to the authorities automatically. Contact data collected by SafeEntry is only used by authorised personnel for contact tracing purposes, and stringent measures are in place to safeguard the data in accordance with the Government’s data security standards.
  • How strict is the check-in / check-out process?
Based on MOM's advice, please refer to the following: When to check-in and check-out: Whenever the pax (employee or visitor) enter or leave the business premise. Check-in: Only check-in for SafeEntry needs to be enforced. Check-out: If you have yet to check out of a location, simply tap on the ‘Check out’ button next to the location indicated on the SingPass Mobile homepage. Locations that have not been checked out of for a prolonged duration will be cleared automatically. Leaving of premises for lunch: Required whenever the pax enter or leave the business premise. Leaving the desk for toilet: If the toilet is still within the business location (do not need to exit pass any check-out zone), then there is no need to check-in and out
