Definitions

• Contest submission refer to the form submissions from the form [link will be open on 1 Dec 2023 onwards]

• Participants refer to the person who has submitted the form, and working in Suntec City Office Towers only (An occupier / one who works in either one of the office towers in Suntec City).

• Prize refer to $100 Suntec City Voucher, equivalent to 100,000 Suntec+ Points.

• Contest refers to the event of standing a chance to win $100 Suntec City Voucher (100,000 Suntec+ Points).

(A) General

'Growing in the City' contest requires participants to:

​

1. ​Plant the instruction tag card or seed in pen cap with provided peat pellet and plant pot.

   • The instruction tag is printed on biodegradable seed paper that grows Baby's Breathe.

   • The pen seed on the pen cap contains Sunflower seed.

   • Give it some sunlight, water regularly and watch it grow. 

2. Participants to submit the form, image of the plant [1 photo only] by 31st January 2023.

3. This contest is exclusive for Suntec City Office Towers Tenants only and is not open to the public. The top 20 most beautifully grown plants will win the contest!

This contest is organised by APM Property Management. By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and APM Property Management, Suntec City and its affiliates.

(B) Eligibility

​

1. This contest is open to only the Suntec City Office Towers Tenants only. (An occupier / one who works in either one of the office towers in Suntec City).

2. Participants have to be, on the date of entry, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

3. Only one entry per email address is allowed, duplicate entries will be considered void and will be subject to disqualification.

4. ​Employees of APM Property Management Pte Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, media agencies, creative agencies, digital agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

5. Submission past the end date and time will not be eligible for the prize.

6. APM Property Management has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

(C) Contest Mechanics

​

   • Give it some sunlight, water regularly and watch it grow

2. Participants to submit the form, image of the plant [1 photo only] by 31st January 2023.

3. The top 20 most beautifully grown plants will win the contest! Winners will be selected based on photo creativity, plant health and overall presentation. A $100 Suntec City Vouchers* awaits the lucky winners. There will be a total of 20 winners. 
    

The Contest commence on 15 November 2023 and ends on 31 January 2024, 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). APM Property Management and Suntec City will, in its sole and absolute discretion. All entries is adjudicated by judging panel.​

Winners will be notified by mid-Feb 2024 directly via email. Suntec+ points will be credited to the winner's Suntec+ account based on the Loyalty Card number that submitted.

Each participant is only entitled to one chance to win the prize. Repeat entries will not be eligible to win.

Terms & Conditions

​

1. APM Property Management and Suntec City may without notice or liability to any party:

   • i. Vary these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the contest; or

   • ii. Substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.

2. The decision of APM Property Management and Suntec City on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. By participating in the contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless APM Property Management and Suntec City from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following:

   • i. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the contest; or

   • ii. The participation in the contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.

4. By submission of the form, you are consenting to the use of your submitted form entry for purposes relating to this contest. It includes pre and post publicity in relation to the campaign, such as video publicity at the Suntec Community communication channels (media panels within Suntec City, Suntec City social media channels).

5. Winners of the prize have to download the Suntec+ App and register as a Suntec+ member before being able to utilise the prize.

6. Inappropriate entries will be immediately disqualified at the discretion of APM Property Management / Suntec City.

7. APM Property Management / Suntec City will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.

8. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for APM Property Management, Suntec City and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Winner’s name, and/or likeness and their winning entries without additional compensation for purposes relating to and arising out of the Contest unless prohibited by law.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of APM Property Management and Suntec City.
