Definitions

• Story / Stories refer to the form submissions from the form at this link. 

• Participants refer to the person who has submitted the form

• Prize refer to $55 worth of Suntec+ Points

• Contest refers to the event of standing a chance to win $55 worth of Suntec+ Points

• Suntec Community refers to the following profiles of people:

  • An occupier / one who works in either one of the office towers in Suntec City

  • Tenant of Suntec City Mall (is a staff of a tenant at Suntec City Mall)

(A) General

Suntec Community SHARE YOUR HEARTS Contest requires participants to

​

1. ​Share their stories such as the following

   • How the participant adapted to the new norm of working from home

   • Any new habits or hobbies the participant adopted (e.g home workouts, planting, crafting and etc)

   • Appreciation for and encouragement to frontline fighters, essential service workers in Suntec City, family and friends.

2. Participants can share the Stories by submitting the form at this link in the form of Short messages, Photos, Videos, Art, Stories, Poems, etc.

3. This contest is exclusive for the Suntec Community only and is not open to the public.

Top 3 winners will be selected based on the following criteria: 

​

1. Effort put into submission - a well produced video submission will have a higher chance of being selected as opposed to a submission with only text

2. Relevance to the contest requirements as stated above

This contest is organised by APM Property Management. By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and APM Property Management, Suntec City and its affiliates.

(B) Eligibility

​

1. This contest is open to only the Suntec Community - that is, show proof that he/she works in Suntec City (either tower of the Suntec City Office Towers) or works for a tenant of Suntec City (staff of a tenant of Suntec City Mall)

2. Participants have to be, on the date of entry, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

3. Only one entry per email address is allowed, duplicate entries will be considered void and will be subject to disqualification.

4. Employees of APM Property Management Pte Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, media agencies, creative agencies, digital agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

5. Submission past the end date and time will not be eligible for the prize.

6. APM Property Management has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

(C) Contest Mechanics

​

1. Share a story via the form at this link such as the following

   • How you adapted to the new norm of working from home

   • Any new habits or hobbies you adopted (e.g home workouts, planting, crafting and etc)

   • Appreciation for and encouragement to frontline fighters, essential service workers in Suntec City, family and friends.

2. Stories can be shared in the form of Short messages, Photos, Videos, Art, Stories, Poems, etc.

The Contest commences on 20 July and ends on 9 August 2020, 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). APM Property Management and Suntec City will, in its sole and absolute discretion.

​

Winners will be announced via the Suntec Community page, and will be contacted directly via email for further instructions on how to collect their prize by 17 August 2020. Failure to respond by 31 August 2020 will result in forfeit of the prize.

​

Each participant is only entitled to one chance to win the Prize. Repeat entries will not be eligible to win.

Terms & Conditions

​

1. APM Property Management and Suntec City may without notice or liability to any party:

   • i. Vary these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the contest; or

   • ii. Substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.

2. The decision of APM Property Management and Suntec City on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. By participating in the contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless APM Property Management and Suntec City from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following:

   • i. The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the contest; or

   • ii. The participation in the contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.

4. By submission of the form, you are consenting to the use of your submitted form entry for purposes relating to this contest. It includes pre and post publicity in relation to the campaign, such as video publicity at the Suntec Community communication channels (media panels within Suntec City, Suntec City social media channels).

5. By submission of the form​, you are consenting to allow APM Property Management and Suntec City to share the contest entries with our partners Sports Singapore, ActiveSG and NDP 2020. Our partners will use selected entries as video footage in publicised productions on the Sports Singapore, ActiveSG and NDP 2020 publication and communication channels*.  

   • *Publication and communication channels refers to, but not limited to: 

     • GetActive TV page​, 

     • GetActive TV FB page​

     • GetActive TV Youtube 

6. Winners of the prize have to download the Suntec+ App and register as a Suntec+ member before being able to utilise the prize.

7. Inappropriate entries will be immediately disqualified at the discretion of APM Property Management / Suntec City.

8. APM Property Management / Suntec City will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.

9. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for APM Property Management, Suntec City and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Winner’s name, and/or likeness and their winning entries without additional compensation for purposes relating to and arising out of the Contest unless prohibited by law.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of APM Property Management and Suntec City.
