A month where we focus on holistic well-being. Come and learn how we can keep our mental health in check, through a series of mental health workshops that focus on fighting learned
helplessness and destressing methods by having a good hearty laugh.

While we should all stay hyper-focused to engage our brain to work so that tasks are carried out well
At the same time, let us not neglect and continue to nurture healthy parent-child relationships. Most importantly, do not forget we are what we eat! Eat your greens, eat right for your heart, make guilt-free and smart-snacking choices to fuel you throughout the day.
