Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
*Participants are required to bring their own mats for the session.

A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. The routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

The class will be held at Suntec City outdoor space (near H&M drop-off point) and can be reached by MRT via Esplanade MRT (Exit A)
