KpopX Fitness is a dance fitness workout where it cleverly simplifies Kpop dance moves and combine it with aerobic & body toning exercises, making it easy for anyone without a dance background to keep up.

Cardio Dance Fitness is a total body workout that will have you dancing through a variety of dance styles, including hip hop, jazz, latin, and plenty more!

*Registration via the Healthy 365 app. 

Limited slots and strictly for registered participants only. Walk-ins will not be accepted* 

Directions:

The class will be held at Suntec City outdoor space (near H&M drop-off point) and can be reached by MRT via Esplanade MRT (Exit A)
