Learn to be a smart and informed shopper by reading food labels and find out more about the foods you eat. Learn how to read food labels in this workshop and take charge of your food purchasing decisions today.

As women age, the risk of heart disease and osteoporosis increases, especially after menopause. According to the National Health Survey, about 25 percent of women aged 50-59 have high cholesterol levels which are seven per cent higher than males.
