Preparation Tips

​​

  • Eat a light meal and drink plenty of water before your donation. Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol.
     

  • Ensure you get adequate rest the night before and avoid strenuous activities on the day of donation.
     

  • Try to have an iron-rich diet (vegetables, meat, fish, beans) to help boost iron levels. 

What To Bring​

​

  • Official photo identification document (passport, IC, driver's license, Singpass) with a local residential address. 
     

  • Signed Parental Consent form (if you are 16 or 17 years old.

How to get to Suntec Convention, Level 3 Nicoll 1? 

Recommended Directions:

From Suntec City Mall: Take the escalator from Level 2 of Suntec City (beside Penang Place #02-314) to Level 3.  You will arrive in front of Suntec Convention, Nicoll 1.
